Data Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can delete your Trigglo account and all associated data at any time using the options below.
Option 1: Delete Your Account Yourself
You can delete your account directly from your account settings. This is the fastest way to remove your data.
How to delete your account:
- Log in to your Trigglo account at trigglo.com/login
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
Option 2: Contact Us for Assistance
If you need help or prefer us to handle the deletion for you, simply send us an email. We'll process your request within 5 business days.

What Data Gets Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your account information (email, name, password)
- All connected store data and product information
- Generated social media posts and images
- Email campaign history and templates
- Facebook/Instagram connection data and tokens
- Analytics and performance data
- Billing history and subscription information
Note: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please download any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.
Deletion Timeline
Immediate (Self-service)
Your account access is revoked immediately when you delete your account through settings.
Within 5 Business Days (Email request)
If you email us, we'll process your request within 5 business days.
Within 30 Days
All data is permanently purged from our systems, including backups.
Facebook Data Deletion
If you connected your Facebook Page to Trigglo, deleting your account will also remove:
- Facebook Page connection and access tokens
- Post scheduling data and history
- Engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
You can also revoke Trigglo's access from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
