1. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address and name when you create an account
• Password (securely hashed and encrypted)
• Billing information when you subscribe to a paid plan

Store Data

• WooCommerce or Shopify store URL and connection credentials (OAuth tokens)
• Product information (names, descriptions, prices, images)
• For WooCommerce stores only: order data for abandoned cart recovery and analytics, and customer email addresses for marketing campaigns
• For Shopify stores, read-only access to your products and nothing else. We do not receive or store your Shopify customer or order data.

Facebook Page Information

• Facebook Page ID and name when you connect your business page
• Page access tokens for automated posting
• Post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)

TikTok Account Information

• Your TikTok account ID, display name, and profile photo when you connect TikTok
• Access tokens, stored encrypted, that let us publish the posts you approve
• The publish ID and status TikTok returns for each post we send

Pinterest Account Information

• Your Pinterest account ID when you connect Pinterest
• Access tokens, stored encrypted, that let us publish the pins you approve
• The ID of the board you choose for your pins
• The ID and link Pinterest returns for each pin we publish
• We don't keep your Pinterest username, board names, pin stats, or other Pinterest data. We ask Pinterest for them each time you open Trigglo

Threads Account Information

• Your Threads account ID and username when you connect Threads
• An access token, stored encrypted, that lets us publish the posts you approve
• The ID and link Threads returns for each post we publish

YouTube Account Information

• Your YouTube channel ID when you connect YouTube
• Access tokens, stored encrypted, that let us upload the videos you set up and check that each one finished processing
• The title, description, privacy, and made-for-kids choice you set for each upload
• The ID and link YouTube returns for each video we upload
• We don't keep your channel name or other YouTube data. We ask YouTube for it each time you open Trigglo

Usage Data

• How you interact with our dashboard and features
• Browser type, device information, and IP address
• Error logs to help us improve service reliability

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide Our Services

• Connect to your WooCommerce or Shopify store and sync product data
• When you choose, add a photo you picked to that product's page in your WooCommerce store, with your permission
• Generate AI-powered marketing content for your products
• Send abandoned cart recovery emails to your WooCommerce store's customers
• Post content to your connected Facebook business page
• Publish the posts you review and approve to your connected TikTok account
• Publish the photo and video pins you review and approve to the Pinterest board you choose, and show how those pins perform in Analytics
• Publish the posts you approve to your connected Threads profile
• Upload the videos you choose to your YouTube channel, with the title, description, and privacy you set for each one
• Process payments and manage your subscription

Analytics & Improvements

• Track campaign performance (email opens, clicks, conversions)
• Analyze feature usage to improve our product
• Monitor service health and fix issues

Communications

• Send important service updates and security notifications
• Respond to your support requests and inquiries
• Send marketing emails (only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe anytime)

3. Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest using AES-256 encryption
• Secure Storage: Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with regular backups
• Access Controls: Strict access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access your data
• Token Security: OAuth tokens and API credentials are encrypted using secure key management
• Regular Audits: We conduct regular security reviews and updates

Your data is primarily stored in data centers located in the United States. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You can request deletion at any time.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Data Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Revoke Access: Disconnect Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, WooCommerce, or Shopify integrations at any time. Disconnecting TikTok, Pinterest, or Threads deletes the tokens we hold for it, and you can also remove Trigglo from your TikTok or Pinterest account settings. Removing Trigglo in Threads (Settings, Account, Website permissions) deletes our Threads token and your username automatically
• YouTube: Disconnecting YouTube in Trigglo (Channels) revokes our access at Google right away and deletes your channel ID, our tokens, and the IDs and links of the videos we uploaded. The videos stay on your channel. You can also remove Trigglo's access at any time in your Google Account at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We check our YouTube access every day and delete that YouTube data within 7 days of access ending. We refresh the YouTube data we keep at least every 30 days
• Shopify Data: When you uninstall the Trigglo Shopify app, we disconnect your store and delete its Shopify access tokens as soon as Shopify notifies us. About 48 hours later, when Shopify sends its shop data-removal request, we permanently delete the store, its synced products, and the posts, images, and videos created for it. We never receive Shopify customer data, so there is none to delete
• Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

• Essential Cookies: Keep you logged in and remember your preferences
• Analytics Cookies: Understand how you use our platform to improve it

7. Data Deletion for Facebook Users

If you have connected your Facebook account or page to Trigglo, you can request deletion of your Facebook-related data at any time:

• Go to your Account Settings and disconnect your Facebook page
• Contact us at [email protected] to request complete deletion
• Use Facebook's app settings to revoke Trigglo's access

Upon disconnection or deletion request, we will remove all Facebook-related data including page tokens, post history, and engagement metrics within 30 days.
