• Facebook and Instagram auto-posting integration
• Revenue attribution and analytics
• Email marketing campaign management

3. Account Registration

To use Trigglo, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your business to these Terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Trigglo offers subscription-based pricing plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected)
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Trigglo to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service to compete directly with Trigglo
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Trigglo platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Sprint Build LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your product data, images, and business information. By using Trigglo, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content

AI-generated images and captions created through Trigglo are yours to use for your marketing purposes. You have full rights to the generated content for your business use.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Trigglo integrates with third-party services including WooCommerce, Facebook, Instagram, and email providers. By using these integrations:

• You agree to comply with their respective terms of service
• You authorize Trigglo to access and use data from these platforms as needed to provide the Service
• We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues with third-party services
• You may disconnect integrations at any time through your account settings

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Trigglo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

We do not guarantee specific marketing results, sales increases, or engagement metrics. Results vary based on your products, audience, and marketing strategy.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprint Build LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• You: Cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• We: May suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be deleted. You may request data export before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas.
